Troubleshooting & Support
Opening a Support Ticket
Check known issues and knowledge base first, then submit a ticket with product, simulator version, issue category, description, and attachments.
Check Knowledge Base and Known Issues first
Please look through the Knowledge Base and Support Center to make sure your issue isn't covered there. If your issue is aircraft-related, you can submit a support ticket in the Support tab of the CSS Launcher. Select the product, simulator version, and issue category. If your issue appears in the known issues box, the development team is aware of it and no further action is needed.
Submitting a ticket for new issues
If your issue is not listed in the known issues box, please describe it in the text box and add attachments that can help support reproduce or diagnose the problem. Try to use as much detail as possible so that we could reproduce your issue.
If your issue is not aircraft-related, visit the Support Center.
For issues not related to the aircraft, please use the contact form in the Support Center.
