How to collect Logs for Support

Guidance on collecting logs to recieve support.

When contacting our Support staff, please attach the following logs:

The CSS Launcher Log, located at:

\CSS Launcher\CSS_Launcher_Log.txt

For all Launcher and Aircraft issues.

The CSS Core Log, located at:

\Community\css-core\Log.txt

These logs are crucial for our Support team to provide you with swift assistance.
