The Pocket Rocket

With its two CFM56-3B1 rated at 18K or 20K and an MTOW of up to 60.5 tons, this airplane races into the sky like a rocket. Seating up to 132 passengers in an all-economy configuration, this 737 Classic variant was a reliable option for regional and mainline carriers alike. It is still popular with VIP charter operations and sees commercial passenger use in many countries worldwide. Optional winglets became available as a retrofit in the early 2000s.

Because CSS 737 Classic runs inside Microsoft Flight Simulator, the baseline starts with a healthy MSFS install. The recommended profile gives the aircraft more headroom at busy airports and in heavy weather.
