COMMERCIAL SIMULATION SYSTEMS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Terms-of-Service is a legal agreement between you and CSS Software, which is a trademark of CSS SOFTWARE - FZCO, that covers the use of all CSS software products and any supplemental information that CSS has made available, including documents together with their accompanying supplemental information. This Terms-of-Service supplements the End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Requirements to Play for subscription-based products.

By accessing or otherwise using CSS Software or any other product or service provided by CSS, including products, online services, or technical support, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use any CSS products, services, or online services.

Compatibility and suitability: you agree that you have reviewed the software and hardware compatibility requirements for the products that you are purchasing, and that you have found them suitable for your enjoyment of the products. You understand that many factors may influence software performance on any given computer, and that you have checked that nothing else running on the hardware will negatively affect your ability to run the CSS product effectively.

Customer support: technical support is available from CSS Software by opening a support ticket in the CSS Launcher or by using the contact form at https://css.aero/contacts. You acknowledge that these are the only ways CSS provides technical and customer support.

Licensing policy: CSS does not provide license keys for its products. Your purchase is tied to the email address provided in the CSS Launcher. After entering your email address in the CSS Launcher, you will be sent an email containing a single-use confirmation code that will activate your account on your computer.

Your account and any products you may purchase are valid for one computer only. You may transfer your account to another computer by contacting Customer Support. Your installation of the CSS Launcher signals your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the End User License Agreement.

Refund policy: no refunds are provided for any purchase. For subscription-based products, you must manually renew your subscription every time the subscription period ends. You will be notified in advance by email and in the CSS Launcher when your subscription period is ending.
