Q: Who are we?
A: Commercial Simulation Systems is a community of professionals dedicated to creating innovative flight simulation products. Our team consists of individuals with extensive experience in working with various aircraft and a weather engine. Some members have had hands-on involvement in producing real flight simulators (FNPT Level II/FFS), and we are excited to bring that unique expertise to the flight simulator space. With a team of active pilots, programmers, and designers, we're poised to deliver a completely new level of realism in your flying experience!
Q: Which flight simulator will our products be available for?
A: We will start with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. But all our products will eventually migrate to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 with no additional charge for our users!
Q: Where is your team based?
A: For some reason we get a lot of questions about this. Our company is based in the UAE, we have a multinational team, and the company's servers are located in Los Angeles and Amsterdam.
Q: What is your unique sales model?
A: Our product will be sold by subscription! How does it work? You download the launcher from our website (www.css.aero) , install it and purchase our products there. There are three pricing options: monthly subscription, annual subscription and permanent license. The price range will be as follows: monthly subscription (30 days): $5, annual subscription (365 days): $50, permanent license: $120, If you purchase a subscription and it expires, the aircraft systems cease to be active. All you need is to simply renew the subscription. If you opted for the permanent license, the aircraft will always work. THE SUBSCRIPTION CAN ONLY BE RENEWED MANUALLY! If you wish to cancel, no action is required. Once the subscription expires, you won't be charged unless you manually renew it.
Q: What's next?
A: Our plans include the implementation of the entire Classic Family 737: 737-300 and 737-400, as well as cargo variants for the -300 and -400. And these will not be separate products, but additions to the basic CSS 737-500 package! This means that one purchase will grant you access to the entire package!
Q: Will your product be available in third-party stores?
A: No. You will only be able to purchase our product through the CSS Launcher.
