COMMERCIAL SIMULATION SYSTEMS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Terms-of-Service (“ToS”) is a legal agreement between you and “Commercial Simulation Systems” or “CSS” which is a trademark of GLOBAL JET FINDER – FZCO, that covers the use of all CSS software products (“Software”) and any supplemental information that CSS has made available (including documents together with their accompanying supplemental information). This ToS supplements the END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, PRIVACY POLICY and REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY (for subscription-based products).

 

By accessing or otherwise using CSS Software or any other product or Service (such as products, online services or technical support) provided by CSS, you agree to be bound by the terms of this ToS. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use any CSS products, services or online services.

 

COMPATIBILITY & SUITABILITY: You agree that you have reviewed the software and hardware compatibility requirements for the products that you are purchasing, and you have found them to be suitable for your enjoyment of our products. You agree that you understand that a broad array of factors might influence the performance of software products on any given computer and that you have ascertained that nothing else you may be running on the given hardware will negatively impact your ability to run the CSS product effectively.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: You understand that you can obtain technical support from Commercial Simulation Systems by opening a Support Ticket in the CSS Launcher or by using the Contact Form at https://css.aero/contacts.  You acknowledge that you understand that those are the only ways CSS provides technical and customer support.

LICENSING POLICY: CSS does not provide license keys for its products. Your purchase is tied to your e-mail address provided in the CSS Launcher. After entering your e-mail address in the CSS Launcher, you will be sent an e-mail containing a single use confirmation code that will activate your account on your computer. Your account and any products you may purchase are valid for one computer only. You may transfer your account to another computer by contacting Customer Support. Your installation of the CSS Launcher signals your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the End User License Agreement.

REFUND POLICY: No refunds are provided for any purchase. For subscription-based products, you must manually renew your subscription every time the subscription period ends. You will be notified in advance by e-mail and in the CSS Launcher of your subscription period ending.
